CAMPS, PRE-SEASON CONDITIONING, WEIGHT TRAINING, TRY-OUTS

A CURRENT PHYSICAL WITH INSURANCE INFORMATION MUST BE ON FILE IN THE ATHLETIC OFFICE PRIOR TO BEGINNING ANY ACTIVITY.

ONLY MILL CREEK FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND CAN BE DOWNLOADED HERE OR PICKED UP IN THE MAIN OFFICE OF THE SCHOOL.

STUDENT A 

2010-11 All-Sports Pass

For the 2010-11school year we will once again be offering an All-Sports Pass for students to purchase.  This pass will enable a student to attend any athletic event held at Mill Creek High School with the exception of tournaments, invitationals, region and state playoff games. 

The cost of the pass is $70.00.

Passes will be sold on schedule pick up day in the commons area and then in Ms. Dunnigan's office (1.185).
